Where were you before the business onion?:

You will not regret it and you will come through with a vision that’s truly yours. The world needs originality now more than ever.

Where were you before the business onion?:
I had my core offer of nutrition counseling programs for the last decade that felt really solid, but I was missing ways for people to engage with me that were smaller more accessible offerings so they can feel what it's like to be in my world. I was feeling like the things I'd been doing the last 10 years of my business weren't as effective. I'm now working on building out this ecosystem to invite more people in and share my offerings in new ways.
What does your business look like now?
I have clear channels from how people first see me into working with me. My business feels more dynamic, like having the clear structure gave me more permission to have fun and be creative and try new things in a way I wasn't before.
What was the ah-ha moment for you?:
I think having a framework to think about sharing and launching offerings really clicked for me, I used to just pour energy into evergreen courses that would do well for a while and then just sit on the shelf when I wasn't actively sharing about them. This made my business feel stale and crowded. Having a clear flow from my core offer, to my lube offer, to my social media helps me to channel my energy so much more efficiently and potently.
What would you say to the swirly human on the fence?:
100% do it. No one is teaching business the way Sierra is right now—you want to be in her world. So much of what’s out there feels outdated, built on tired marketing tactics that tell you there’s only one way to speak, share, and sell. A lot of it is just “bro” marketing repackaged (!). The landscape has changed, and Sierra’s perspective feels fresh, relevant, and actually aligned with where things are going. It's also way more fun and allows you to be truly YOU in sharing your offerings which is really the whole point, right?

I was THE MOST swirly pre-onion! And it kept me stuck because I couldn't decide which way to go. I'd have a bunch of ideas, jot them in my Notes app, and then abandon them all because I'd get overwhelmed. It was incredibly frustrating.
What does your business look like now?
Prior to the Business Onion, I was frozen in place. The Business Onion gave me inertia—I started to move. That movement allowed me to gain clarity which allowed me to refine my offers and land my dream clients. All while having fun and feeling really good along the way!
What was the ah-ha moment for you?:
Honestly I think it was week one when we dove into identity first. That's been the most powerful shift for me—being able to truly EMBODY being a business owner and leading from that place.

You just KNOW in your body when something resonates so deeply. That's how I've always felt about everything Sierra posts (seriously) so if you feel that way too...TRUST THAT KNOWING! This is the only business course you need. It's fun, it's human, it's relatable, it's tangible, it's just SO! GOOD!

before the big O I knew what I wanted to do, and had very many ideas, I knew what my brand should look and feel like, but it was still all over the place and unstructured.
What does your business look like now?
The cool thing about the business onion is that it is not just about your business but so much more. The feedback that I got was life changing. Sierra noticed some of my emotional blocks and through that, she gave me the courage to be seen. For example, to start my substack. The courage to just start, to show up for myself instead of hiding in my imagination. I have clarity on the physical products that I want to offer, and I am in the process of sourcing. I will launch by the end of the year.
